New Student-Athlete? Steps for Athletic Registration Process

Welcome Sequoia student-athletes and parents! Registration for athletic participation in 2019-20 school year is here! Please complete prior to perspective athletic tryouts. Cross Country is Starting!

Water polo tryouts

Girls water polo will start on Tuesday, August 13th.  Please meet at the pool at 4:00. Girls Tennis Tryouts

Girls tennis is starting soon!  There will be workouts on 8/12 and 8/13 at 3:15 for returning players.  Tryouts will start on 8/14 at 4:00. Summer Girls’ Volleyball Updates

The Sunday clinics on June 30 and July 7 are canceled. Clinics will resume on July 14. The first session of Sequoia Volleyball conditioning will be on July 8 from 5:30 to 7:00pm on the track. Boys’ Water Polo Summer Schedule

Summer practices will begin on Tuesday, June 25 at the Sequoia HS pool. Practices will occur twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:15-8:00pm. The first 30 mins of the workout will be on dry land and the last hour and 15 minutes will be in the pool. Please be prepared for both. If you
