The fall sports season is right around the corner!
To make sure you’re ready, please complete the following steps ASAP:
- Visit https://sportsnethost.com/sequoiaand either log in with your account or create a new account (if it is your first time using the system).
- Print out the physical form and have it completed by your doctor. Please note that physicals are good for EXACTLY one year (12 months). If you’ve submitted a physical in the past year, you’re set until it expires. If you haven’t submitted a physical before or it’s been more than a year since your last physical, please get this done ASAP. When you have the form completed, you can scan it or take a picture and upload it right to SportsNet.
- Complete the forms on SportsNet.
Fall sports start dates are as follows:
Football – August 3rd
Volleyball – August 6th
Girls Tennis – August 13th
Cross Country – Optional workouts starting 7/30 with official practices starting 8/15
Girls Golf – stay tuned
Boys Water Polo – August 6th
Girls Water Polo – August 6th (tentative)
