Cross Country and Track
Workouts will begin Monday, June 17, and will meet daily (Monday through Saturday) from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Please meet under the trees in front of the MPR. For further questions, please email Coach Mike McRae at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Summer volleyball works out will consist of open gyms and conditioning sessions. Summer volleyball workouts will start on June 9th and end on July 28th. For the month of June, there will only be one open gym every Sunday from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. The first Sunday open gym will be on June 9th.
For the month of July, there will be 2 open gyms and 1 conditioning session on a weekly basis. Conditioning will be on Monday from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm. Open gyms will be every Thursday from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Sunday from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

Frosh and JV Basketball workouts will be held Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00am to 12:00pm in Gym 1. JV summer league will run on Tuesday nights from June 11 to July 16, while Varsity summer league runs on Wednesday nights from June 12 to July 17. Workouts will run twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30pm to 4:00pm in Gym 1. We will begin on June 11 and conclude on July 25. Please contact Coach Steve Picchi for questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cheer team will meet Mondays from 5:30pm to 8:00pm in Gym 1 and Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7:30pm in the MPR, dance room, or outside. Please contact Coach Christina Carrier for further questions at email@example.com.
