Sequoia JV soccer takes on Aragon. Sequoia did take the lost in a close battle of 1-0. They showed superb defense in holding them to a close score. Hopefully, when they play them again, we can take the dub.

With a final score of 3-1 on Thursday, January 30, Varsity Girls Soccer beat Aragon. Junior Heather Benway scored twice to keep Sequoia in the lead.

After a tough loss vs. Menlo Atherton, the team played away at South San Francisco High School where they beat them 6-0. Sophomore Gabriel scored 2 goals along with Junior Ben who also scored 2 goals. Sophomore Diego and Freshman Daniel both scored 1 goal.

With a final score of 2-0 against Terra Nova on Tuesday, 1/28, Senior Celina Rincon Castaneda scored with assist from Sophomore Nathalie Franco. Sophomore Kelly Felix Pereda scored unassisted to finish out the scoring.
